Individual lessons and lessons packages
Depending on your needs and availability, individual lessons or lessons packages can be chosen.
The rate for individual classes will depend on the student level's and the type of lesson and, in principle, will be scheduled monthly, unless otherwise agreed.

Times and dates of classes
If you don't book a lessons package, the frequency of the classes will be fixed according to your needs.
Regarding the schedule of the classes, it will depend on the availability of both the teacher and the student.
In any case, a fixed class schedule will be established. Classes are not flexible; this means that the schedule cannot be changed once it has been agreed upon by the teacher and the student.
If you need it, we will advise you about the recommended number of classes and its length.
Class Changes and cancellations – Lessons Packages/Monthly classes
Although the class schedule is FIXED, we offer the flexibility to change one class per month (or two, depending on the number of classes contracted) if any circumstance makes it impossible for the student to attend class, as long as the teacher is available to do so.
You may reschedule a class up to 24 hours before the lesson through info@yourspanishclassroom.com. Otherwise, you will be charged at the regular rate.
Both individual classes and classes packages can be moved to another day in the same month in which the class has been canceled.
If you do not show up for a class and has not canceled it previously, you will be charged.
The teacher will be waiting for 15 minutes for the student at the beginning of the lessons. If he/she doesn't show up, the lesson wil be charged.Teacher class changes
If the teacher is unable to give the class at the scheduled time, the class fee will be refunded on the next invoice.
Number of class changes
In the case you book a lessons package, you can only make two classes' changes a month at the most.
If you book individual lessons:
-You can make one change per month if you have 4-2 lessons/month
-You can make two changes per month if you have 8-5 lessons/month
If the teacher is unavailable for the permitted change(s), the class fee will be refunded on the next invoice.
Classes that have already been changed once can not be moved again.
Holidays
Both the student and the teacher must inform about their holidays at least 15 days in advance.
Internet connection problems
If a class has to be postponed due to technical issues (bad Internet connection, power cuts…), you may resume the class and finish it another day.
Payment
Individual classes will be paid in advance and every month.
In the case you book a lessons package, the first month will be paid in advance and, if you are satisfied after that first month, the rest of the package will be paid.
Classes will be paid for through bank transfer.
